3rd Annual Sowing Seeds of Hope Auction & Dinner
Live and Silent Auctions • Raffles • Door prizes • Entertainment
Our 2nd annual “Sowing Seeds of Hope” event raised more than $14,000! We are currently preparing for this year’s event. The planning committee is beginning to secure commitments for auction donations and sponsorships. Over the coming weeks, volunteers will be making calls and setting up appointments to discuss available opportunities. Please call us if you’d like additional information.
Mustard Seed Shelter was honored to have been selected by SVSU students as the charity for the 2017 Battle of the Valleys. 2017 was the fifteenth consecutive year that students from Saginaw Valley State University and Grand Valley State University have competed in the charitable fundraising competition that includes a week of fundraising activities at both schools and culminates with a football game. In just one week, these amazing students raised more than $32,000 for our ministry.
We are so grateful for the students’ and university’s support of our ministry. As part of being the beneficiary of Battle of the Valleys, we also were gifted with a beautiful video. Please share and help others learn about homelessness in our community and how Mustard Seed is helping break the cycle.
